Analytical Chemistry - West Virginia Wesleyan College

West Virginia Wesleyan College is seeking applications for the position described below and at higherjobs.com.

A tenure-track faculty position is open in Analytical Chemistry to begin in August 2017. The candidate is expected to teach analytical chemistry and laboratory, introductory and advanced chemistry courses. A B.S. in chemistry is required. A Ph.D. in analytical chemistry is requested, but promising ABD in analytical chemistry will be considered. The ideal candidate will have substantial classroom teaching experience, the ability to enrich the laboratory courses and develop new experiments, expertise in traditional and modern analytical methods, instrumentation troubleshooting skills, and the desire to engage students in undergraduate research. Applicants with concentrations in environmental, forensic, pharmaceutical and/or bioanalytical chemistry are preferred.
