Inorganic Tenure Track - Franklin & Marshall College

The rank will be Assistant Professor, but an appointment at the Associate level (without tenure) may be considered with appropriate qualifications. The position requires a Ph.D. in chemistry or a closely related field and calls for teaching inorganic and general chemistry lecture and lab, as well as possible contributions to general education (Connections or Natural Science in Perspective) and upper-level courses. The successful candidate will be expected to establish a productive research program that involves undergraduate students in inorganic chemistry, broadly defined, and contribute to the College’s shared governance. F&M provides institutional support, including competitive start-up funds, to support research programs.
