PLANT CHEMIST
Immediate need for a Plant Chemist in Connellsville, PA.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- B.S. degree in Chemistry or Equivalent
- A minimum of 4+ years of industrial coatings formulation and/or manufacturing experience
- Waterborne, water emulsion, direct to metal solvent, epoxy and urethane technology experience necessary
- General knowledge of paint manufacture and performance testing a must
- Strong mechanical aptitude
- Strong computer skills
- Strong communication skills
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Small batch production, color matching, product formulation and performance testing
- Desire to develop new, marketable products
- Prepare and provide reports to management
