The Robertson group at the University of Houston seeks qualified candidates to apply for an open postdoctoral researcher position. The project is focused on development of rapidly degradable polymers, particularly those suited for ocean environments.
Candidates with prior experience in polymer synthesis are especially encouraged to apply. A Ph.D. in Chemistry, Polymer Chemistry, Polymer Science, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field is required for this position.
The initial appointment will be for one year, with the potential to continue for a longer duration based on the progress of the project and availability of funding. The project is available to begin immediately.
